I work with clients who come to me for inspiration and support in adopting a Vegan/Plant-based diet and/or lifestyle plant-based resources for a variety of reasons; from serious health issues to ethical or environmental reasons.

Some of my clients want to go all in, others want to lean gently.

Whether you are seeking resources out of necessity, curiosity, or as an act of activism, there is no judgement here. It is for you to decide what works best for you. And there is no agenda on my part, other than helping you feel better and/or more aligned with yourself and your values.
